Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of haganleadership.com. By using the website, you agree to them. Programme participation is governed by the specific terms provided when a place is confirmed.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Hagan Institute of Leadership (“HIL”), Accra, Ghana. These terms should be read with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited or misleading communications.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, programme names, frameworks such as the HIL Model, designs and the HIL name and logo — belongs to HIL or is used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use and share links to them. You may not reproduce, adapt or use HIL content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission. Photographs from third-party libraries remain subject to their own licences.
4. Information on this site
We work to keep information accurate and current, but programme details, dates and fees can change. Please confirm details with HIL before making decisions that depend on them. Content on this website, including our Insights, is provided for general information and leadership education. It is not professional, legal, financial or psychological advice, and HIL does not guarantee particular personal, academic, career or business outcomes.
5. Programmes & fees
Submitting an enquiry or application does not create a binding agreement or confirm a place. A place is confirmed only when HIL has confirmed it in writing and any required fee has been received. Specific terms — including payment, cancellation and refunds — are provided when a place is offered.
6. Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, including The Love Jar Foundation, WhatsApp and Spotify. HIL is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HIL is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Ghana.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
