School Partnerships
Bring the Emerging Leaders Programme or a student leadership day to your JHS or SHS — for prefects, student councils, year groups or selected cohorts.
Organisational Development
Commission tailored executive and professional development for your managers, teams and future leaders.
Sponsor a Student
Sponsor a young person’s place on the Emerging Leaders Programme. A gift of GH₵1,500 covers one student’s five-day immersion and the continuous development that follows.
Corporate Social Investment
Align your CSR with long-term impact by funding cohorts of young leaders from schools or communities you care about.
Host a Programme
Provide a venue or institutional platform for HIL immersions, masterclasses or Leadership Conversations.

Our independence. In line with our Governance Policy, partners and sponsors support HIL’s work without influencing participant selection, programme content or institutional decisions inappropriately. Restricted gifts are used only for their agreed purpose.

HIL’s founding partnership with The Love Jar Foundation gives selected students structured, supervised opportunities to practise leadership through service. It is a model of what partnership can achieve: two institutions, one shared commitment to forming people.
