Short Profile
Hagan Institute of Leadership (HIL) is a leadership development institution based in Accra, Ghana. HIL helps young people, emerging leaders and professionals discover who they are, develop leadership capacity, make better decisions and translate their potential into meaningful impact.
Extended Profile
Founded by Rev. Fiifi Essilfie-Hagan, founder of The Love Jar Foundation, HIL delivers practical, experiential leadership development across five areas: Leadership Education, Emerging Leaders Development, Experiential Leadership Programmes, Executive & Professional Development, and Mentorship & Leadership Conversations. Its flagship Emerging Leaders Programme is a five-day leadership immersion for Junior and Senior High School students, followed by continuous mentorship and assessment. Through its partnership with The Love Jar Foundation, selected students practise leadership through structured, supervised community service.
