Careers at HIL
Do Work That Forms Leaders
At HIL, the work is personal. Every session we facilitate, every programme we coordinate and every young person we mentor shapes someone’s future. We are looking for people who want their work to matter in that way.
Why HIL
What It Means to Work Here
Purpose You Can See
You will watch young people and professionals grow in confidence, character and capability — because of work you contributed to.
A Culture That Practises What It Teaches
Integrity, respect, accountability and openness to feedback are not slogans here. They are how we work together.
Your Own Development
Everyone at HIL is trained in the HIL Model and encouraged to keep growing as a leader.
